Safety First Sports stands behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Safety First Sports purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within a year of purchase, be unused and not damaged.
Safety First Sports guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. See our limited warranty.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. Many of our items also have a separate warranty from the manufacturer, and you can also return any of those items that don’t meet the manufacturer's warranty.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
Returns and Exchanges
If you return your purchased item by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that will provide tracking and insurance on your package. Safety First Sports is not responsible for items lost that do not have a tracking number for the package sent. If the returned item does not meet Safety First Sports 100% Guarantee we will ship the item back to you at the customers expense.
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or purchase history) for all returns and exchanges. For exchanges customers will need to provide proof of receipt and list what product they would like to exchange the helmet for. The customer assumes the expense for shipping the product back to Safety First Sports for the exchange. Safety First Sports will pay for the shipping of the exchange back to the customer. Any differnce in price for the exchange will be collected or the difference will refunded back to the customer.
