365 Day Return Policy
You can return your new, unused equipment or products for a full refund up to 365 days from the date of purchase expect bulk team orders which require authorization.
How do I return something?
To make a return, follow these instructions:
- Login to your account, click "Complete Orders"under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
- Package products you wish to return with all tags that arrived with the product
- Write your reason for return on the packing slip that came with your order and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item
- Write on four sides of the package being returned your order number for easy identification
- If you don't have an account please place a note in the package identifying whether your request is for and exchange or a refund. Follow steps 2-4 and notify us via email about the return to email@example.com

Items Returned For Exchange
Once your item is returned and received your exchanged product will ship within four days once received unless the product returned has to be custom painted. Please call for an estimate on custom paint matched products.
You should expect to receive your refund (minus any shipping paid) within one week, once received. If paid through Pay Pal within two days.
Exchanges or Returns on Custom Painted Helmets
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all custom painted helmets, excluding the following colors: Matte Black, Gloss Black, White, Navy, Scarlet, Green Bay Gold, Metallic Silver and Metallic Vegas Gold.
Safety First Sports ships orders free that are over $50.00 USD to the lower 48 United States. We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products can not be shipped to US banned international destinations, (Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan & North Korea). We ship using Fex Ex, UPS and USPS. International orders are shipped using USPS. Customers are responsible for all vats and duties.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Some items may have to be shipped by freight which we will have to obtain freight rates from trucking lines.
